Return and Exchange Policy

Please read the following guidelines carefully.

To avoid disputes, please check the items upon receipt. If there are any issues, you must contact us via email within 24 hours of signing for the goods, providing clear photos of the problematic items along with your order number and product name.

⚠️ *Note:* All sale items, intimate apparel, and sealed items are non-returnable.

### Under what circumstances can items be returned or exchanged?
- Items have obvious holes or are damaged.
- The style is completely different from the pictures.
- The size differs from what was ordered.
- The delivery personnel made a mistake with the item.
- Any of the above situations allows for a return or exchange. You need to take clear photos of the defective part and send them to us. We will assess the issue based on the photos. After we forward the photos to the supplier for initial evaluation and confirm with you, you can return the defective item to our designated return address.

Please ensure that you send back the item within 3 working days after our initial confirmation, along with the original packaging (unused or untagged). Notify us of the shipping tracking number and cost. Late submissions will not be accepted for returns or exchanges. Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it has an issue, we will process the exchange for you. *Note:* Returns without original packaging (including tags) or showing signs of use will not be processed.

*Important:* If any damage occurs during shipping before we receive the item (or if it is lost), the customer will bear the responsibility.

### Who bears the return shipping costs?
If the return is due to quality issues or delivery mistakes, we will cover the return shipping costs and the shipping costs for resending the item (up to HK$50). The return address must be our designated collection address.

*Note:* Refunds or order cancellations do not apply in the above cases.

❌ *The following situations are non-returnable:*
- Requests for refunds or cancellations due to long shipping times.
- Requests for full refunds due to individual items being out of stock.
- Requests for refunds due to lack of tags, labels, or packaging.
- Requests for refunds because the color, style, or size cannot be changed after ordering.
- Items showing signs of washing or use.
- Exceeding the return request period provided by us (must be within 24 hours of receiving the item).
- Subjective reasons, such as minor stains, loose threads, shedding from leather goods, slight defects in ceramic items, color differences caused by computer displays, material quality not meeting expectations, size not fitting, or items not looking good on.
- Errors in personal judgment of images and colors due to different computer screen adjustments.
- Actual size discrepancies due to different measuring methods (less than 4 cm).
- Evidence of intentional damage for the sake of a return.
- Cotton items may deform from trying on, so they cannot be returned or exchanged according to the standard size on the website.
- Failure to send the required return items within 3 working days after the return request is approved, without notifying us.
- Color fading in darker items, such as commonly occurring with denim, does not constitute a quality issue.
- Returns requiring collection by our staff will not be processed.
- Custom-made items (also known as handmade items) cannot be returned or exchanged due to size, color differences, or minor quality issues.
- Intimate personal items, such as swimsuits and athletic pads.

⚠️ *Note:* All sale items, intimate apparel, BAUERFEIND products, and sealed items are non-returnable.

⚠️⚠️ Once confirmed, in-store orders are not subject to cancellation or refunds.
⚠️⚠️ For website orders, if no contact is made with us within thirty minutes after ordering (including mistakes or other reasons), cancellations or refunds will not be accepted.

In case of any disputes, Sword Sports Company reserves the final decision.
